We quickly realised that the problems which Leg@lManager® solved for this one law firm were prevalent in all law firms within Malaysia. However, the initial version of Leg@lManager® was specifically customised for our first client. Our team decided we needed to redesign Leg@lManager® so that it can be used by any law firm in Malaysia.
LWe also realised law firms were of varying sizes. Larger firms would require more functionalities than smaller firms. We designed Leg@lManager® to be modular. This provides an easier learning path for those who don’t need as much functionality whilst the full capabilities of the software is there for the larger firms that require them.
Since our humble beginnings 16 years ago, Leg@lManager® has garnered more than 100 law firms as happy and satisfied clients throughout Malaysia, many through personal recommendations by existing clients.
We are happy that our clients find our software easy to use, robust and indispensable. Our clients has also lauded us on our flexibility in meeting their firm-specific requirements such as creating non-standard reports for business analysis.
Our philosophy has always been to use technology to help our clients by reducing the time and effort to perform their daily routines, reducing human errors and streamlining their business processes. We also believe in being flexible in our support of our clients, as happy clients leads to more recommendations and repeat custom. As such, we have become a one-stop service provider for many of our clients. We supply not only the software, but also the hardware to runs it on as well as the networking between the PC’s and servers. We also provide the service to create websites for our clients in advertising their legal services and we can even provide backup solutions for their firm’s IT systems.
We continuously evaluate new technologies and innovations to see if we can include them into our software to benefit our clients. However, we also realise our clients would not want unnecessary interruptions to their IT systems. Therefore, we provide regular updates which our clients can install as and when it fits in with their plans and schedules. These updates provide not only provide new features but also modifications in order to meet new legal requirements.
The latest technology that we believe would be of great benefit to out clients is cloud and web based software. This innovation allow our clients to work seamlessly in the office, at home, in fact, anywhere in the world with an internet connection and even while travelling between any of these places. This allows enhanced productivity from our clients’ personnel as well as up to the minute statuses on any case matters on your traditional PC’s and also on mobile devices like laptops, tablet computers and mobile phones.
Hence, in 2020, a new chapter in the history of Leg@lManager® has been created, Easypro Soft Sdn Bhd is extremely happy to introduce our clients to the latest incarnation of Leg@lManager® , that is SmartLeg@l.
SmartLeg@l has new additional features allowing our clients to access any of their managed data anytime and anywhere in the world. We are very much looking forward to working with our existing clients as well as new clients in this new chapter of ours.
